You could, I think, but what I do is when I am finished I just spellcheck, the search and replace the document. Or just search and it will stop on every instance. You can make a macro to do that. Markup stuff is under view on the toolbar, but I don't think that is what you want. If you have Instant Text maybe you could do one with a format command that would change the color of every time you type the word, but you would then have to remove it before it printed. I am interested now and am going to check this out.
