Many thanks for responding to my post. I have tried a brace for this called BandIt, but found that to be basically useless. I am going to check into that elbow pillow, and most certainly will be inquiring about the steroid injections. I'm lucky, only one arm is affected as opposed to you having it bilaterally, but the degree of limitation in the hand/arm is almost the same as yours was, ie., can't lift a cup of coffee to the lips. It sounds as if you had great benefit from the injections, and reading your post has given me hope. I thought that I was basically stuck with a disabled arm for the rest of my life.....No so,  and thank you again!!
