Just even a real quick hello! I've been posting almost all day and nothing bad has happened to me...even went public with my e-mail in another thread and not even any spam (again, yet). We miss your wisdom and almost scary lickety split answers on the word board!

That woman knows her stuff. But seriously, you don't put bilateral tubal ligations. A single mastectomy or tubal ligation is being done on each side.
