Since being with Medi-Grafix for 11 years, plus, I have never experienced
any problems with the office staff that would validate what was so negatively expressed. Currently, the staff on board handling e-mails from MTs, including, but not limited to, helping new
MTs get started with the system, i.e., training, questions from MT's, and multiple duties, is an absolute asset to me. I have experienced treatment that is both professional and helpful and feel the staff cares how well I am doing and that I get all the necessary information needed to ensure productivity so that I can hit my line counts and minimal issues, and therefore make the almight buck that we are all in this to
earn. I give the staff an A+ and want to ask all other MTs reading this negative comment to ignore it, as it bears no truth.
