Anyone care to comment on this platform? I went through training yesterday and not sure about it. How is it to learn? It seemed like a lot of different screens just to do your work???? Thanks.

MDinTouch platform

Does anyone use MDinTouch? I'm a small MTSO and considering going to this platform and was wondering if anyone had any comments about them, especially in terms of customer service and ease of use. Thanks!!

Vscript

Have any of used Vscript? Were you able to get your line counts with it? Just curious because it takes me 8 to 10 hours to get 1200 lines and usually that only takes me about 5 to 7 hours, depending on the physician.

To me it is not user friendly and very slow________________________.

Vscript is amazing!
I can tell you that the Vscript platform is great and very user friendly. Everyone I know that has used it would never use anything else. I know that it took 3 years to develop it. They used a large MTSO to critique it during development so it would be exactly what transcriptionists want and need. It cuts transcription time down and the customer services is unbeatable. Not to mention that it is very reasonably priced. I know you won't be disappointed with it. Hope this helps.
