They told me I had like 10,000-12,000 minutes one month (which I probably did) and then they called the line I was calling into and said that it was for internet. I also told them that it was not, then tried to say it was a fax line, etc. Got tired of arguing and wasting my day. They told me (not when they lured me on), but the info sent in the mail (read the fine print) and it tells you what it cannot be used for. That is where they get you. After they drop you they tell you to go back and read the fine print. FYI: Read the fine print. All ULD plans say the same thing, it's just a matter of time til we all get caught, again. Some MTs say go to a business plan, but that is so expensive, may solve the problem though. Do not know what their wordage is regarding what ULD can or cannot be used for.
