Look at...

the job board.  Make sure your resume says you have extensive ESL experience (IF that is true).  Test with the companies that advertise for  ESL experience. 

A few months ago I tested with a company advertising on the jobs board.  From my search on this company I believed they would offer 9 cpl.  When it came down to discussing money, I was offered 10 cpl and when I hesitated for a few seconds, they went up to 10.5 cpl. 

But realize that you will get ESL docs, probably the worst of the worst, and probably 90% of the time.  If that is not what you are looking for, then don't switch companies.  I happen to like (actually prefer) ESLs.
