produced this days, it is bogus and totally useless and creates more problems that it solves. No machine is every going to be able to do what a professionally trained MT does, i.e. transcribe the human voice into accurate and meaningful text.
They have wasted so much time and money on this thing and it's been a total frustration to all involved. As a human being, it is hard to keep your head above water these days when everything is working against your success and survival.
The powers that be say it will just be a few more years and it will be perfected. They have been saying that since the late 90s and it's only gotten worse not better.
It's almost like you have to hang your head and hide instead of being proud to be an MT because most people haven't a clue about the profession. When going to college a few years back a fellow student asked me what I did for living and I told this girl young enough to be my granddaughter practically that I did MT. She promptly said, "my father is a doctor and he said you people are history very soon and SR is taking over and he can't wait for that to happen." This girl was more than annoying and did not know diddlely and was flunking out of college too boot.
