profession has turned into nothing but speed and cpl and forget the patients. I realize there aren't that many in-house jobs, but "newbies" still need to work in house for a few years before working at home for the reasons you state above. You cannot learn when all you are thinking about is how many lines you can type and not the job itself. This profession has been SWAMPED with substandard MTs because of all these schools and the whole "work at home" mindset!
Sorry that sounds blunt and I really don't care at this point. This is what is happening and somehow it needs to stop.
