Auto Text are saved in the normal.dot file. So, you would have to have your own normal.dot file at all times. Are you sharing your system with someone else? If so, you'll need your own normal.dot file.

Printing out the AutoText entries is easy. Press Ctrl-P to bring up the Print menu. Look to the lower left corner where it says "Print What." Click on the drop-down box and choose "Auto Text entries" and then click OK. Your entries will print out.
