Let me see if I have this right...

Sorry, but I only have experience with direct dictation be it phone or website.  Digital recorders are downloaded to doctors computer, which is then sent to an FTP site (I do have some experience downloading files from FTP sites) and then you access the files and download to Exprescribe  and transcribe and then reverse the process with the typed files.  Is this correct?  I have my own account for a small hospital but they recently closed two departments in the hospital that I transcribe for so I am looking for new doctors clinics to fill in the gap.  Thanks.
