You are the type of QA that I, for one, appreciate. Taking the time to make notes and do it courteously is a step above and beyond the call of duty of just filling in the blanks. Many of you get paid on production just as the MT and taking this extra step cuts into your pay. I remember some many months back there was a thread here on which I participated where one of the most HATEFUL and BITTER QA people that I've ever had the misfortune to meet was ranting and raving with all of the fury of her overblown ego, and it was clear that she had problems that went way beyond just every day frustration.
On the occasions when I get such wonderful QA as yourself I make sure that I take the time to make note of their comments and use the reports on which they've filled in the blanks as future samples so that they don't have to be burdened with completing that particular blank again, and I know of others who do the same.
Just let me tell YOU in particular for all of the MT's that you are mentoring through with your professionalism and expertise that you are indeed appreciated. I wish that there were many more out there like you.
