they are paid to be there all day whether they sell an order of fries or not.  They don't get paid on production.  Nobody effectively docks their pay because it takes them a bit longer to make your special order, which keeps them from selling an extra burger. 

When we are required to type words, then delete them, then change them, then 'go back where I said this [which you have to search to find] and make it say that instead,' then go back and find a report and amend it, this is effectively reducing the amount of lines we get paid for.  Every time we have to accommodate these demands, they are docking out pay.
