for many years. Look, she asked for advice and I gave her an honest answer. If the honest answer seems "pessimistic" to you, then I'm sorry - but it's the truth. I think she'd rather hear the truth than have people like you who have never even had their own accounts blow smoke up **** about how she is going to go out and get accounts. Not likely to happen if she doesn't have any connections. Same with ANY kind of business. Networking is important. You have to have something to get your foot in the door. Hospitals and clinics and yes, individual doctor offices, are bombarded constantly by people offering to do their transcription. If you have connections and your service is recommended to them, they are all over it. Otherwise, not so much.
