I have always heard 3:1 or 4:1 for harder docs. So should be able to do 15-20 minutes of dictation for every hour transcribing. I think that is pretty accurate for a clinic account. I have been transcribing my clinic accounts for almost 2 years and I average 20 minutes of dictation per hour.
