You won't believe it, but I got through that report and went on to a different doc AND THERE SHE WAS AGAIN!!! I mean granted they are for the same practice but I figured they dictated in their offices/cars/cafeteria etc. He must have been sitting close by at the time.
And then I decided to be helpful and make sure they didn't have any other files that needed to be done today (because we do doctor's offices we don't have any files coming in today) and I was given 12 backlogged files of this same guy. *sigh*. I should have just went to my in laws and had ribs :(
