You have to keep at it every 3 months or so send out a mailing. ALso send out to counselors, psychiatrists, chiropractors, naturopaths, stand alone docs, etc. Do tapes as well as digital. But your flyer, brochure has to come across at the time that need it. Inject your personality into your flyers, be different, add something unique -- I pick up and deliver and cut apart the chart notes on the sticky paper. That alone has gotten me two accounts this past year. Anytime that you save the office staff is appreciated. Be somewhat flexible. Do competitive pricing without pricing yourself too low. But at 1cent per line you can save them $100 per 10,000 lines. I am low according to some standards but I make good money and look at what I make per hour rather than at what I charge out per line. But like selling a house, sometimes you have to have 1000 people see your house before one buys so get your flyer out again and again so they know your name. Good luck.
