I do not even feel that school prepares you. But, I think she has a chance like anyone else. There are people with years and years of experience making 7 cpl. Salary is no issue, you are not paid for experience on an average anyhow. I would not expect to make thousands of dollars a year at first, but she stands a chance like any other newbie. You would be surprised what you can learn in an operating room, and I speak from experience and lots of it.
