If you are using a template that has the preop and postp headers in place. You can type the preop diagnosis, then using mouse, you can click down to the postop diagnosis and hit F4 which will reproduce the last line typed. The only catch is using the mouse. If you tab or space or cursor to get to the postop section, it will not recall the line. That sounds confusing, but try it on a blank page first.
This will also not work for numbered diagnoses.
I am one of those people who trained that if your hands are off of the keyboard they are not productive so it might help to copy and paste via keyboard as opposed to the mouse which takes longer to me. Meaning, after you type the diagnosis, hold shift and use curser to back up or go up and over to copy, Control C to copy, and then go down and control V to paste.
