While he did the dishes, he also talked to his children, I heard the dogs barking, and all the other household sounds. Hey, it's nice that he's home cleaning and watching the kids, and I appreciate how important it is to multi-task in our crazy lives. But, I'm sitting here for 10 minutes while he does all this stuff. Ten minutes of dictation came out to about a page and a half of typed report. I can't multi-task with hands on a keyboard, so I'm stuck.
Don't you wish they all had to actually transcribe a few of their own reports. Maybe they'd be just a little, tiny bit more considerate of us.
