I felt exactly like you do and it is so discouraging. However, I decided I was going back because this job is turning into hell. I contacted my supervisor and informed her I was going back to school and asked if they would work with me on my schedule - and they did. I get up around 2 or 3 a.m. work until time to get myself dressed and my son dressed, take him to school, I go to school, then I come home and work and then pick him up from school. I go 3 days a week and on those 3 days I work a very messed up schedule, but it allows me to get the heck off this computer. On the 2 days that I do not go to class, I normally work 12 to 14 hours to get my time in and then do homework. It is a HARD, don't think for one minute its not. Working full time, going to school full time and taking care of a family - that is hard work. However, everyday that I come and log on to this computer and get crappy ESL docs and everything that is going on with all the changes that are going on, the pay issue, lose of benefits for your quota and treatment of the MTS, it just motivates me more. YOU CAN DO IT!! There is a light at the end of this tunnel.
