It's the Corps, not the core. And, oh my, he DID desert. sm

He just left because he did not like the ways of the Corps? Stupid mistake #1. You can't "just leave" the U.S. military! Certainly not just because you don't like it. This is made very clear when you join and when you go through boot camp. Your hubby screwed up and there's nothing you can do about it now. He should have thought about wanting to be home with his family BEFORE HE SIGNED UP. There are thousands of men in the U.S. military who miss their wives, who have missed birthdays and anniveraries and Christmases, but they don't just walk away, because the men and women have devoted their lives and their loyalty to the United States. Just walking away is dishonorable and should be dealt with as such.

Meant to add: It's COR, not core or Core.

111 degrees in Mojave Desert
111 degrees in the Mojave Desert..Supposed to have a thunder storm but I doubt it.
they spent 40 years in the desert.....
i was pointing out to my friend that in the bible they spent 40 years desert before they arrived...CMT spent 40 years collecting our money and we were snookered and got nowhere. In  half a century (and AAMT were going to do great things for us, must we wait for the 100 year mark?).  Paying dues, and nothing to show for it with the exception of their having meetings in fancy restaurants at exotic locations on your tab, and for this you get a pin, a piece of paper, and a magazine describing what a wonderful time they had at their seminar and to send more money.
Okay I'm Really Bored. If you could only have one food and one person on desert island, what and
who would it be?  No fair family members.  We want a famous person and one food item to picnic forever on this island.
grilled chicken and sweet corn with fruit for desert.

Core
I have used this for my personal website for a number of years. It's great and simple.
Try Core FTP--they are good.

Core is good, as well. nm

Oh, owie! That hurt. You cut me to the core with that one.
NOT!!!!  I don't care what you use as a resource, but I've been assigned the most difficult accounts at my job with 100% on QA scores.  Why is that?  Hmm, because I don't leave blanks when I can't find a term in a book.  Instead, I find it on the Internet.  I've been praised for that ability, too.
Don't overlook WW Core Program...sm

similar to South Beach but more liberal (unlimited LF protein/NF dairy, unlimited vegies & fruits, unlimited whole grains, pasta/rice/potatoes once a day) with 35 flex points a week. No daily point counting, which to me makes more sense as a life-long plan, as I can't see counting points forever. I've lost 38 pounds on Core without starving and without obsessing over counting points. Has totally changed my life, the way I eat, and the way my family eats. Never ever have to go hungry.  Wish I had known 10 years and 50 diets ago how easy losing the weight really is. It's mostly been a matter of patience. The first 15 to 20 came off pretty fast, the last 18 or so a bit slower, but now that I've learned to eat right and simply be more active for the first time in my life, I know the rest will come off with due time. Can't tell you how much peace the Core Program has brought to my life.

So I don't mislead you, unlimited really means "eat to until satisfied" not gorge non-stop.  Once you get started, you really learn to listen to your body and cravings more or less dissappear. Hard to explain, but once you are eating a "clean", well-rounded diet on a consistent basis, cravings disappear and it's easy to eat just until satisfied.

Both WW plans, Points & Core, work. My suggestion is to look at them both and pick the one that best suits your lifestyle. Good luck.

Ed Grimley! Ssssssssssssexy to the core!

try the Help files of Core FTP Lite
or try searching the forums for help.

It's really not hard to use at all. It's just like looking at your files via Windows Explorer (on the left side) and the files that you have access to on the right side.
If this was something worrisome I would think they would have already ordered a core biopsy.

the Core FTP site has a client version that is --sm
free to download. I have used it for two years now and have had no problems with it. It is HIPAA compliant.
I'm a WW plan but highly suggest the Core option...sm

of their plan. No points counting except for a 35 point weekly allowance. Really teaches you what and how to eat in a way that can easily be maintained for a lifetime. Once you are on a few weeks, you can easily identify "trigger" foods that make you overeat and affect your mood, weight loss rate, etc. All without counting points for every bite and very few restrictions on a daily basis.

One of the best things for me, is the healthy eating habits have really been absorbed by my family too. Hardly any junk food of any kind in the house anymore and no one is complaining at all, especially since they've all dropped a few pounds too. It amazes me every time I go food shopping how different my cart looks than it did just a few short months ago. My aunt got me hooked, she's lost 85 pounds in 7 months and hasn't been able to exercise at all due to a back injury.

Core is software to upload and downloads. It's not a hosting site.

A newer computer with a dual core processor runs cool. No need for it.

Full Core means full CPR code.
