Only change cc to mL when it is referring to a medication dosage. For all other instances, leave as cc. For example, the prostate measurement as above, or for the amount of blood loss in a surgery, size of a tumor, volume of a cyst, etc.

    Prostate descriptor

Ok, have a prostate exam descriptor that sounds like flas.  I cannot find this descriptor in my school books.  I am needing to verify this as well as what it means.  If it is the same as flaccid, then duh, no problem...but still need to know.  Could this be some sort of doctor slang for flaccid?

    TIA
