I agree with you!
I do not agree with the opinion that anything should be done for them as a courtesy or for free, not unless it is a charity and they are giving of their time and talent for free. After all, it was their mistake, their requested changes, and it is your time. Why give away your life time for free? You only live once, ya know?
Remember, you teach them how to treat you...
My opinion is that it should be a $$$ charge for each recurrence, plus a charge for the time involved, plus extra if printing or anything else is required. Teach them to keep their redos to a minimum..unless you just really love doing redos. In that case, keep them coming...

St. Jude's Children Hospital has them, it reads that a gift to the hospital has been given to the hospital in their honor. Very nice, not too personal and no hint that some return gift is expected.
Make a donation to a children's charity or
and ask if there's anything you can help them do...like write acknowledgements for flowers so they don't have to face it.
