Patti, I haven't been around here for months--Internet burn-out strikes again--but I do seem to recall that you discussed this problem with this particular employee before. I cannot imagine why you tolerate her. She obviously doesn't care and is selfish and self-absorbed beyond belief. The quality of her product for the client seems to make no difference to her. Great balls of egg-sucking fire, you can do better. Even a fresh graduate of an MT training school would serve you better than she does. If I were you, which I am not, I would simply release her from her employment, and if she protested, I'd just get her told: "What part of 'you're fired' don't you understand?" 
All JMO, of course.
