She can write all of these materials off on her taxes. I'd rather not print on company letterhead as it is thick and tends to wear on the printer after time. Paper is not that costly and neither is ink, which are both tax write-offs. I'm not sure I comprehend why some ICs are afraid to write off their expenses.
