attempt to be more work minded and keep our ugly thoughts to ourselves more. I work with somebody who is a real pro at this. The only grumbling I hear her doing relates to the computers when they don't work right. Other than that, she keeps her head down and laughs off anything anybody says that's inappropriate. I want to be more like her! I have gotten to where I think the other employees are doing fine, but management is not being helpful to them at all, and I have a terrible time keeping my mouth shut. But my comments are probably not helping things, so I should just shut up and leave already since I don't respect management.
