It came through the Q-news thingy that we get through Imail. I still have it, dated July 5, which is the first time I was aware of it. I can forward it to you if you'd like.

Where/when did we get the notice about Imail being shutoff and how/where to access the new system. I have looked thru all my imail and snail mail correspondence and have found nothing? Did anyone else not know this was going to change? I can't believe I missed this.

Didn't you just love it before imail --
in the days of "bulletin board" for emails, when you could call the office and talk to a human who cared about you as a person, rather than a number, knew you by name and voice. Those were the good ole days with MQ.
So much has changed in the past year or two with MQ -- closing down offices and regionalizing offices, DQS used for switching MT's from one account to another, rather than letting us remain on the accounts of which we have become familiar, and which accounts we could make money on. The supes just can't leave us alone anymore since DQS -- STAT'ing jobs from one account to another account to us, slowing us down to read account specifics, instead of allowing us to remain on our familiar accounts so that WE CAN MAKE SOME MONEY AT THIS PROFESSION ! Pools are just not getting it anymore -- queue's have taken over! There is no way that one MQ MT can get the work types/horrible dictators report after report when we are working strictly from a pool ! DQS is great otherwise -- the MT-friendly software that it is in other ways ! But MQ management is not looking for MT-friendly anything anymore -- what stuffs their pockets fuller !
when Frank fixes Imail, then I might get his letter.
Just that the pay plan would be out in a few months. Period. Nothing more. By Imail I got it.

I have no idea. There is another imail this morning about better TAT and more executives being
hired. All I ever hear anymore from people that work at other companies is all the work they are getting from MQ accounts that are leaving MQ because of the over billing, etc. Things are not getting better and they just keep pushing us with more and more things and hiring more and more executives.
I never even signed up for MQ imail. Glad I didn't
Now, back to work. :)
I refuse to go to Imail...I've gotten a virus from there and so have many other people. nm
