conditions, then no, you won't get raises or earned time off, etc. The only thing you could possibly be entitled to is overtime pay for over 40 hours per week, but you have to file a claim with the Dept. of Labor and let them investigate.
Are you absolutely sure you are full-time employees and not some sort of contract employee under the hospital's rules?
I will warn you that if you do call the DOL about the overtime, when all is said and done you'll get back pay BUT you are probably all going to lose your jobs. They will outsource the work before they go through something like that again, you can bet on it.
