(I don't use Works, so I'm not sure of its structure.)

You might try searching for the name of it. Start>Search and then enter the name of it. If a search finds it, then you may be able to highlight, right-click, and delete it from the search results list. I think as long as you don't open it, it should delete.

Is this a template you created, or one that came with Works?
