If it were me....

I'd have her bring it back to me one day earlier, printed.  Then I'd read thru, circle all the errors, fax it back to her, and have HER make corrections and bring back to me.  I would do this ONCE.   If it wasn't perfect the next time, and every time after that, I'd fire her.  Friend or not, it is your business name on the line.  Too many people looking for work to be hand-holding someone like that.
