maybe switch the order you are opening things up first.  Try opening IT first then ChartScript.  I remember I had to do a specific way when I set mine up... let me look on a different computer, I sent instructions to someo problemsne else.  Are you able to recieve emails?  I could send you the email?  Believe me, I know what your going through.
