The best program to use depends upon the type of work that you're doing. If it's for a single doctor, you could probably get by with the Preferred version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. If it's acute care work, you'll need at least the Professional version, although I feel the Medical version is more accurate. The cost ... it bites, if you're starting from the ground floor. And thus lies the long explanation ...
