IC emp??? what is that

I do not understand. You get paid a monthly salary no matter the amount you do? That is really weird. Have you ever figured out how much you make per line or hour? If you are an IC you can raise your rates at any time. If you are an employee ask for a review. You must be an SE and they pay your taxes. But again, if you feel you are not getting paid enough figure out how much you are being paid and go from there. I just ran some old notes from 2-15. If you can't meet your TAT then tell them it is because you are looking up "old reports" too much.
