IC Tax Question

Can anyone tell me if the Internet is 100% deductible for an IC transcriptionist? I'm using a tax preparation program, and it looks like only a percentage is deductible. I have a fax service that is just used for doing my job, and that looks like it's only deducted by a percent (not 100%). I thought there were 100% business deductions. Any ideas would be appreciated.
