I would....

as long as your daughter has an idea of what to expect.  I have taken my children since they were babies and they feel comfortable at funerals, as much as we can be.  They are now 11 and 14.

When my son was in the 3rd grade, he had a boy in his class whose mother died.  I didn't know the family, but I talked with my son and he wanted to go, so we went.  Death is a natural part of life and it is to honor the dead and to also be there for the people who are left behind.  After the funeral, the boy came over to my son and they talked for quite a while.  What a tragedy for the child and to have a friend there may help a little.

If a child isn't comfortable, I would not force them to.  I would take her only if she is comfortable.
