This morning on the Today show, Campbell Brown was interviewing an official in NO about the same thing. She asked him point blank, Are you really ready?" They have known all along that could happen and this is the only plan in place. I wonder what plan B is because if things happen the way they think, mezzanine and second level will flood too.
