as I stated in the above, he refused to go and denied it even though I had the IOU from him on letterhead paper. Right now I am having trouble with fibro and I cannot in any way let this in the past upset me anymore. I would have hated to wake up 1 morning with a dead horse's head in my bed! He was the head over the plastic department so you know that was money there! This is a really big hospital here in Atlanta starting with a P. I paid over 3000.00 for the face and only asked for that return. I decided not to go forward at that time because I could not lose my job, supporting disabled husband who later died and children, etc. I could look up my report and printed it out and showed it to the mediator, my boss over medical records (who told me to put a note on my chart saying I did not have it!) The reason I knew he did not do was because I had a face lift years earlier, knew the look of the face, along with swelling, discoloration, etc. and pulled my chart the first visit I paid back to this one and told him then. He said he wasn't suppose to, was he? I told him to check the chart and sure enough. I got the IOU then but later it was turning into nasty. I have a French sounding last name, not many people have it, so not a fluke for him to come back and dictate a "correct" report.
