and love it - a lot cheaper than E-fax, which I had used the free trial version. And I believe you have a choice between a word document and PDF - it's only $3.95 a month purchased in increments of 6 months at a time. You can send and receive - this will avoid the use of paper, ink, time and tying up your phone line sending a fax, not to mention all of your time to do all of the above. http://www.packetel.com/index.asp
