It is $10 to send up to 100 and receive up to 200 per month. You can view a copy of their HIPAA policy. I have an all-in-one printer with a fax option and I still use it occasionally for a hard copy fax.

I used myfax
$10 a month, at least 100 received/sent (can't remember exact numbers) and seemed good to me.
The only thing I noticed is that I didn't always get email notification one was sent to me.
I use myfax and am very happy.
I can send 100, receive 200 for $10 a month. I was paying for an extra line. I have 2 offices and the faxes came to my remote office. Now faxes come to my email account and I can access it from anywhere. I have a toll free fax number so the client does not have to pay long distance. They come even if the fax machine is off. If I have reason to think I have missed one, I can go online and access my faxes there. It has been a Godsend for me. I printed out their HIPAA policies in case someone questioned my HIPAA compliance in using them.
Also use MyFax; very happy. nm

I have used this for over a year and find it very reliable and affordable. You can send and receive.
