I think we are all struggling

To some extent or another. And I think your right, a lot of it has to do with the economy. When prices go up on everything by the hour its hard to keep up! I used to love going grocery shopping, alone LOL, but now its just absolutely depressing!

i'm sorry if you are struggling.
Maybe you didn't know what your options were, which i tried to outline. I sure don't see where there was any disrespect of you, certainly no more than you disrespected the company that pays (&feeds) you.

also, have you noticed? that like begets like, ie, negative comments bring negative responses. You could try an upbeat attitude.
Still struggling....

Also struggling sm
Seems as if I'm typing in mud. Also, DQS keeps switching me back and forth between accounts like I've never been before. Today, it was between 6 different facilities and they were all mixed up. I had to keep checking the client profiles and had a huge headache - all to get 800 lines where on the old MTs I would have had at least 1200 in the same time with far less stress.
Struggling?
You mean like, POWER surges? Wanting to kill the nearest human?? Crying?? ARGHH!!! I hate this.

I don't have insurance, so on 'natural' hormones. They DO help, but it took about 2-3 months before I could tell a difference. But man, oh man, can I tell if I miss a dose, even by an hour!!!

My menopause isn't age-induced, its radiation-induced. My sister (older) said it took her a year to get past the flashes, but now is dealing with the sleeplessness. Her flashes were 'mild' and only 5-7 a day. Mine are break out in a sweat, throw off clothes, stand in front of a fan flashes, and about 10-15 a day (without the hormones, with them, only 2-3 mild ones a day). I wanna be older or younger ... I'm leaning towards older so this is OVER WITH!!!!!! :)
50 and struggling with it! Because of sm
other health problems cannot take hormones anymore. Gonna try exercising and walking. The tired part is very interesting to say the least. Had hysterectomy at 28, left ovaries but still put me in early menopause in my 30s. Aint it a trip? haha
Any middle-aged MTs out there struggling like me?

I can only wonder why there are not more support groups for the Baby Boomer mid life females who surely are suffering with the fun of the "change."  This is very interesting to say the least!

My Grandmother started walking 5 miles a day when she was 60, she is 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is. ellen

We had a local program like that but now it is struggling
Because so many of the jobs have gone home over the years. In the early 1990's the service I worked for nearly always hired our intern(s) because it was such a great program, but when our service was sold, then sold again to a national, everyone was sent home and the college lost another intern slot.

Yet another reason new MTs have trouble finding work!
care to share? i have been struggling with the same thing. nm
