I have just been entering data, transcribing, or whatever all day and am very tired....but I do type, so if I referring to myself as a typist or say that "I" type all day or whatever, I am not demeaning anyone, and I certainly don't feel I'm demeaning myself because it is part of what I do. Of course all of us on here who are MTs, knows it is more than just that, and like I said, I have been doing this for 20 years, so I guess I have always said that I type...and to reference myself as a typist or say that I type is okay with me. Now, if someone calls me a secretary, I get offended! LOL
