I see what you are saying

I do understand where you are coming from but from the tone of her posting it did not sound like she was that close to them.  Sometimes the front office gals get an earful from me when the doctor has driven me nuts just not sure I would say anything about non payment.  But then, most of my accounts have been with me for 5 to 18 years and so I have no fear of going to the doctor himself.   When my car's  transmission went out, I went to one clinic and asked the docs if I could bill out every two weeks as I had to get it paid and they had no problem.    They even offered to pay me in advance.  I have just been lucky -- put out invoices yesterday and paid today.  I do see your side as well though --it is hard through some of the postings to see the entire picture and how one can handle it with their clinics would not be tolerated at another.  That is why it is good to get several opinions.  Gotta go make deliveries.
