I have one (USB) I am selling for $85 (this includes shipping)
when I bought it I was told to get USB. I don't even know if it comes in PS/2 or not. It does not matter what your keyboard it as far as I know. My keyboard is a wireless with an transmitter plugged in at the PS/2 port. Ask the MTSO which you should buy and you should have your answer if you are worried. But if you want mine I take PayPal and M.O. --- it is basically brand new, used for about 2 hours, have original box too. But is is a IN-PI-USB. See my note on the Classified's page.

That in itself is a falsehood. Global priority mail envelope which would fit a pin or a periodical is 11.00 USA. They would just have to chart the Transcriptionist or firm that over in India. So, wondering if this small thing is a lie, what else is in this statement. Selling on e bay, I have even sent boxes of things overseas all over the world and flat rate box is 24 bucks USA. Just interesting they say 11.00 is high, for global priority. One falsehood leads to another IMHO. Integrity with falsehood. Interesting.

When they reach sexual maturity at about 3-4 years of age, they can become quite aggressive and attack their owners, often inflicting severe wounds. If you have children, an Amazon is not a good choice. Be mindful that any parrot you get will almost definitely outlive you. Also, please consider adopting from a rescue. There are many wonderful parrots out there in need of homes and it is a growing problem, as people don't realize what they're getting into. Having a parrot is like having a 2-year-old child forever, with all of the problems that come with it.

Amazon jungle...by myself...
was my first time out of the country. I traveled with a group from the local college but didn't take DH or anyone else I knew. Very empowering to travel independently, loads of fun. We zip-lined, cruised the rivers, found jaguar tracks, saw waterfalls and climbed 200 feet tall trees, danced with the natives...a total blast. The jungle is a lot like Wisconsin, actually...the mosquitos in Wisconsin are just as bad as the Amazon.

Don't start just making them up randomly or you will go crazy. One thing I use is dividing word in half like nesc for nephrosclerosis, but, as stated, buy book.

The Amazon one appears to be a current
edition and the CD that comes with it is an outdated spellchecker and not the dictionary on CD-ROM. The Stedman's one is just the CD and they are always more than the book. The have more detailed info on the CD. I have an older version of the book and I think I've used it 2 times in 10 years. When I update my Stedman's now I buy the CD and I might use it more if I had it on CD versus the book, though with their CDs now you can only install it twice. They also have the book, but it is about $50.
Check the classified board here and check half.com. You can most likely find it cheaper at either place.

I have used this for years and have compared to Sylvan, Word, and MP Count, etc. When you have it set to count every character, bold, shift, tab, etc. It is great and always higher than the others. Now if you are wanting gross lines like in Word then no it won't be as high because Word counts blanks lines and Abacus counts a line only if there is a character on it. There is also two places to check for it to count the Headers/Footers. If you have the FREE version then it must be the trial or a very old version so you don't have all the features and functions.

can take the responsibility and offer a limited warranty that it performs properly. Or can recondition the equipment. Myself, I would not buy and Lanier is expensive. A lot of job worksites want MTs to provide/purchase this expensive stuff, no way.
Who knows if you will continue with the service and if not, you have equipment that only works with services that have that equipment. Nope, not me, would not buy, would not sell the owners equipment. It will come back to "you" and owner may not accept and remedy

I used McAfee, Norton, Panda, etc, all types of viruses and worms slipped through and caused my computer to crash. I now use AVG free edition, free upgrade every day and free check every day of my computer, that I set at at 4:00 a.m. If in doubt try www.worldstart.com, lots of computer geeks there and they will answer your questions about computers, etc on their message board. They have helped me a few times with reliable, good information about many different problems on my computer. Good luck.

My family is in the restaurant business and I can cook like a maniac .. so screw the free meal stuff!! I am over 50 .. look great for my age .. make very good money .. have no bills .. and though my daughter lives here she is 32 and wishes I would meet someone and cut her a break!! I was a nurse in another life. Do I want to take care of someone whose body is in worse shape than mine .. no; do I want to cook for someone who makes a mess I have to clean just because the moron breathes .. no; do I want to hear the constant whining, burping, farting, dribbling, and all that other geezer stuff .. a thousand times no!! So, I find a guy who is 10 years younger than me and he is crazy about me and likes my old body, and we get along great .. but I have issues with the 10 years and I feel I am more than a wild piece of keister and nothing is free .. and that is on a good day!! LOL! Oh, yes, and he is cute as a button too .. I must be over the edge. Maybe not

I don't think there is another free one
There are different footpedals available though, and not all are interchangeable between transcription modules. I have two pedals, one that I ordered to use with Express Scribe that connects via serial port, and then I got a new computer that did not have the serial port and I also began using the Olympus module, and so I ordered the Olympus pedal, which has two connector ends that you can switch so that you can connect via either serial port or USB.
I am not sure why the pedals are not interchangeable (some of them can be used with more than one module, but I just do not know how to tell the difference other than ordering the pedal based on recommendations from the software manuf. of the transcription module).
I also have had a problem with the Olympus pedal that started after I began loading .wav files into it. It is made to be used with .dss files, but plays .wav and other file types as well, but when I have been away from the computer for a while or when I have closed the programs and reopen them, I often times will have to reach behind my tower and unplug the pedal and then plug it back in. I am not sure what has caused the problem though because for the first couple of months using the Olympus I never had to do that.
