I do appreciate it. I certainly didn't post this to criticize them....was just wondering if I was the only one that feels this way. Like I said, it has been one thing after the other--much like a roller coaster ride. The majority of the problems are account specific. If they weren't so nice I'd have never stuck with it this long. There were so many great posts about them before I applied which is what made me decide to go with them. Of course, that is a good thing but it makes me more frustrated sometimes thinking it is just me. Through their feedback I know it is not the case but it just gets me some days more than others. Thanks.
