Here's a toast to our old family doctors. sm
We had 2 doctors in our farm community who did everything, made house calls, performed surgery, etc., etc. I don't think they ever got rich but they are remembered with great respect and affection. They were good doctors and could have made it anywhere but they stayed in the backwoods of North Carolina.
PB on multigrain toast and a plum after walking the pooch. nm

Toast the bread and then either grate in blender or on a manual cheese grater.
