straight transcription. I'm not flexible enough to switch from VR to straight. It really slows me down, especially when the mix is VR to straight, back to VR back to straight, for hours at a time, which I have had quite a few times in the past couple weeks. Hate that.

Some resent paying for transcription
The big selling point of VR is to get rid of the transcription bill! Some physicians resent having to pay for transcription.
I agree with you - letters need to be written to local papers and medical publications. Maybe we could take out an ad in JAMA and/or a big paper like WSJ? :)
Yes, will take them both and go for it. Worst that can happen is they resent me for bailing out.
