but in this case, our supervisor has told the transcription service about the changes (after all, the hospital is the client) and yet, they still do it this way. I could understand if they sent back an explanation and maybe we have been wrong, but gosh, let us know. I know it is irritating the heck out of our boss (along with other things they are doing) and the service may end up losing a nice cushy account!

- My service told us to use mg/dL...as well as mL instead of ml, "to avoid confusion." nm - beth
- It's mg/dl. As for Kay Ciel vs. KCl, that one always stumped me - adjusting
