I keep everything in a binder (sm)

In Reply to: How do you organize your information for quick reference? - if you work on more than one account
and separated by account, so whatever I need is right at my fingertips. I also bookmark every site I've gotten info from. I use MS Word & archive everything & keep for 3 months, so if I need to refer back to something, or the MTSO would say a job is missing or whatever, I can check & re-send if needed.
Hope this helps :)

I do the same thing with my samples. I have them set up by each doctor in each specialty. They are all from the same group/hospital so I don't have the same dictators each time but I do have a good group to work with.
I am struggling with speed and line counts right now as well, but I am coming back from and injury requiring surgery to my right wrist. I have lost some flexibility and range of motion, especially in my pinky, I don't get full extension anymore with it. I just have to keep going and do the best I can. I have a really understanding boss, thank God.
Good luck to all with the speed and line counts.
I keep a 3-ring binder for each MD...sm
When I get a private account, I set up a small 3-ring binder with the specifics and also their samples that they give me. I also keep the statements there until the month is completely done and then I do a monthly billing only. Once they pay, that stuff gets transferred over every few months into a 10x13 envelope and stashed towards the following year when I do taxes....it is all part of the records that I keep should I ever get audited. I also try to keep the private MDs pretty much the same way, unless they have account specifics besides their samples, as much as I am able to.
