You can convert from Smartype to Instantext, but not the reverse. The only glossary that ST will convert is an ST library from wp5.1 for DOS.
I have an extensive library for Smartype and one for Instantext. If you need a good ST library, email me and I'll send mine to you.
Of note, while I am using IT, it is never going to be as fast as when I have used ST. I can get 350 lines an hour of ST and only about 300 out of IT.
